CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Damage & Liability Policy

Customers are expected to maintain rented products responsibly.

Charges may apply for:

  • Permanent stains
  • Burn marks
  • Torn fabric
  • Missing jewelry pieces
  • Broken clasps
  • Missing stones
  • Lost products

Minor wear resulting from normal usage is generally acceptable.

Professional inspection will determine any applicable repair or replacement charges.
