RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Since our products are offered on a rental basis, our return and refund policy differs from traditional online shopping.

Rental Returns

Customers are required to return rented products on or before the scheduled return date.

Products should be returned:

  • In original condition
  • With all accessories
  • In the provided packaging wherever possible

Security Deposit Refund

After inspection:

  • Full refund if no damage is found.
  • Partial refund if repair costs are applicable.
  • No refund if the product is lost or beyond repair.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection.

Rental Charges

Rental charges are non-refundable once the product has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Damaged Delivery

If you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged item
  • Missing accessories

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs.
